Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited CPD activity logging, a progress dashboard, and basic tracking — forever. No credit card required, no trial period.

What's included in the Starter plan?

Starter includes everything in Free, plus audit-ready PDF report generation, email deadline reminders tailored to your profession's cycle, and unlimited evidence file uploads.

What's included in the Professional plan?

Professional includes everything in Starter, plus a CPD planner to map out your learning goals, and a team view for managers overseeing multiple practitioners' CPD compliance.

What's included in the Team plan?

Team is built for organisations and clinics managing multiple health professionals. Each seat ($49/month) includes all Professional features, plus a team dashboard with staff CPD compliance overviews, member invites and seat management, team analytics, and admin email notifications. Billing is centralised and you can add or remove seats anytime.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your Starter, Professional, or Team subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is always yours.

Is there a discount for yearly billing?

Yes. Yearly billing saves you up to 21% compared to monthly. Starter is $50/year (instead of $60), Professional is $95/year (instead of $120), and Team is $490/seat/year (instead of $588).

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
