Professional includes everything in Starter, plus unlimited document and email autofill, forwarding evidence attachments to save@in.cpdkeep.com.au, review-before-save import drafts, gap analysis with requirement change watch notices, the PDP builder, AHPRA renewal tracking, and access to the in-app Professional support queue. Professional support requests are reviewed before standard support during business hours, with no promised response time.

Team is built for organisations and clinics managing multiple health professionals. Each seat ($19/month) includes every Professional feature for that member, plus Team features: central/team billing and seats, onboarding templates, invites and seat management, team dashboard and analytics, staff CPD readiness overview, staff reminder/request flow, clinic/team readiness export, former-staff continuity snapshots, admin notifications/reporting, Team Trust Pack buyer material, and privacy-safe summary-only oversight. Billing is centralised, with monthly billing or yearly billing at $199/seat/year, and you can add or remove seats anytime.
