What's included in Individual?
Individual includes every current individual paid capability: unlimited evidence storage, audit-ready reports, reminders, fair-use document autofill and email forwarding, review-before-save imports, gap analysis, requirement notices, PDP and registration tracking, and priority support routing.
What's included in the Team plan?
Team is built for organisations and clinics managing multiple health professionals. Each seat ($10/month) includes everything in Individual, plus central billing and seats, onboarding, readiness oversight, reminders, exports, former-staff continuity and summary-only administration. Billing is centralised. Team checkout is temporarily unavailable, and you can add or remove seats anytime once subscribed.
What trust and review support is public?
Pricing links to source-linked profession requirements, the requirement review changelog, the Trust & Security overview, the Team Trust Pack, the provider link and QR kit, and a fake sample audit pack so you can review supporting material before choosing a paid plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
You can cancel Individual or Team at any time. Paid features continue to the end of the current billing period. Activities remain visible. If more than 10 evidence documents exist, one 90-day selection and download grace applies; overflow is archived, never deleted, and access is restored on re-upgrade.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes. Individual is A$50 yearly instead of A$60 across 12 monthly payments. Individual is $50 per year.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
