Professional includes everything in Starter, plus document and email autofill, forwarding evidence attachments to save@in.cpdkeep.com.au, review-before-save import drafts, a PDP builder, gap analysis, AHPRA renewal tracking, and access to the in-app Professional support queue. Professional support requests are reviewed before standard support during business hours, without a fixed response-time guarantee.

Team includes every Professional feature for each member, plus central/team billing and seats, invites and seat management, a team dashboard and analytics, staff CPD compliance overview, staff reminder/request flow, clinic/team compliance export, admin notifications/reporting, and privacy-safe summary-only team oversight.

When you set your profession and cycle dates during onboarding, CPDKeep calculates your deadline automatically. Starter users receive email reminders as the deadline approaches, including a summary of hours or credits completed vs. required.

Absolutely. You can cancel your Starter, Professional, or Team subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data is always yours.
